TERMS AND POLICIES

A minimum of one week's payment in full is required to guarantee place reservation. Balance of total scheduled stay must be paid in full upon arrival
The Guest / Student acknowledges and agrees to be fully responsible for any property or other damage to any facility used by him / her.
The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
Health and/or Accidental Insurance is not included in the prices, but can be provided upon request by the camp organizers.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Club.
Cancellation notice periods:                                                    Refunds:
4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date:                                          80 %
2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date:                                          50 %
1 week prior to or anytime after the scheduled arrival date:    no refund
