Welcome to the Club Over the years, Blizzard Club has become the home of a multinational community of satisfied and faithful members. At Blizzard Club, you may rent a 2, 3 or 4-bedroom luxury chalet for one night, one season or for ever, through a holiday package or a personal call. The Chalets 2-BEDROOM CHALETS    3-BEDROOM CHALETS    4-BEDROOM CHALETS RENTING PERIODS Winter Season From December to April. Standard services such as stand-by electricity, heating and hot water are provided on weekends (Friday to Sunday), public holidays and between Christmas and New Year. On other periods, such services are provided at extra cost on hourly basis fixed at the start of every season. Summer Season From July to September. Standard services such as stand-by electricity and hot water are provided permanently with a possible allowance of 2 hour electricity cut during day time. Yearly Renting Yearly renting covers winter and summer seasons and the inter-season period. During the inter-season period, services are provided on request and at extra cost. Yearly renting enjoys a discounted price to be paid within the 3 starting months. Short Period Renting Based on nightly rental. Check-in at 2 PM. Check-out at 12 noon. These times can be flexible depending on the occupancy schedule. The chalets are delivered fully furnished except for towels. Periods beyond 5 nights will have a discounted price. Packages Christmas/New-Year Package: 8 nights preceding and including new year's eve. Summer festival Package: 7 nights including the 15th of August Assumption day. Other packages are negotiable depending on periods. Furniture & Accessories For short period and package renting, the chalet is delivered with bedding and kitchen utensils. For seasonal or longer period renting, bedding and kitchen utensils are not provided. GENERAL RENTING TERMS 1 - Blizzard Club is a family oriented club. The chalets are rented on the basis of one family per chalet. 2 - By renting the chalet, the tenant accepts his full responsibility for himself, his guests, his pets, and his belongings for any accident or damage that may occur in the chalet or within Blizzard Club. 3 - The tenant may not assign nor sublet the rented chalet to any other person. 4 - The landlord may enter the chalet for a reasonable or emergency purpose. 5 - Small pets are allowed with proper care and respect of the neighborhood and environment. 6 - The landlord may end the tenancy at any time for:  - Ten days payment failure.  - Disturbance to others.  - Illegal or immoral use of the chalet.
